As of October 20, 2025, CHN Energy’s cumulative annual power generation reached 1 trillion kilowatt-hours, an increase of 6.1 billion kWh year-on-year. This marks the fifth consecutive year the Group’s annual generation has exceeded 1 trillion kWh, maintaining roughly one-eighth of the national total and ranking first in the industry.

Since the beginning of the year, CHN Energy’s power sector has made solid progress in strengthening intrinsic safety and enhancing operational reliability. 34 generating units were recognized as “Gold Units” in the power industry. The Group was approved as the lead enterprise for the modern industrial chain of next-generation coal-fired power and successfully commissioned ten high-parameter thermal power units, including Beilun Unit 8 in Zhejiang Province and Changzhou Unit 3 in Jiangsu Province.
In the new energy sector, the Group has put 167 new energy storage projects into operation and launched Qingyuan, the world’s first large-scale power industry AI model with trillion-level parameters. Its heating business also continued to expand, serving more than 9.5 million households, an increase of 1.6 million from last year—with a total heating area of 1 billion square meters, ranking first among power generation enterprises nationwide.
These efforts have significantly strengthened CHN Energy’s role in ensuring the reliability and stability of China’s new power system, providing solid support for national energy security and economic and social well-being.
